Lindsey and I spent 5 days in Oaxaca scouting a move for 2025. We fell in love with the place almost instantly, naturally gravitating toward the incredible food, art, warmth of the people, incredible climate, vibrant buildings, epic street art, amazing architecture, and a pace we could get used to.

This was the 1st piece I made in Oaxaca - the first of many. Both in this batch, and likely, over the next year .....

The textures and colors I harvested and remixed were new in Oaxaca. Fewer layers, more texture from. the buildings themselves, some fun negative spaces, and patina for days.
